How much do website maintenance services cost?
Hosting and maintenance is one monthly plan, published on our pricing page. It covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates, small content changes and a monthly health report.
What is included in website maintenance?
Fast managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime and speed monitoring, security patches, form and tracking checks, up to two hours of content edits a month, and a monthly report. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Do I need maintenance for a custom-coded site?
Less than for WordPress, which is one reason we build that way: there are no plugins to update or break. You still need hosting, backups, SSL renewal, monitoring, and someone to make changes, which is what the plan covers.
Can you host a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review the site first, move it to our hosting, and fix anything that would make it unsafe or slow to run.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us within minutes, and restoring from the daily backup takes under an hour. You get a plain-English note about what happened and what we changed.
